When a customer wishes to redeem their plan, verify the details and the maturity of the plan, then proceed with the redemption process available in the plan's options.

Jeweller can redeem the plan in two scenarios:

1.All Payments are completed by the Customer

2. Customer wishes to Close the plan midway.

Jeweller can close the Customer’s plan only via dashboard. 

Customer cannot close the plan directly online.

To Close the Plan:

1. Go to CRM > Find the Customer

2. Click on the Digigold Icon on the Right 

3. Select Plan to close > Click on Close plan button 

4. Add the Details and once done the plan will be closed.
