WABA disabled & restrictions


Upon checking, the number if it shows as currently banned then it indicates that your WABA is disabled. To register the number, the restrictions on the WABA must be lifted first. The account has been disabled because the website listed in its Business Manager profile does not have the information needed to determine that your business complies with our Business Policy.

Additionally, to request a review for your account, the business must update their business profile first. Also, it is recommended to request review directly from the admin end. This can be done through the admin interface, and we encourage prompt action to address any concerns or issues.
