Update Whatsapp Profile Picture and Details

In this article, we will understand how to Update Profile Pictures and Descriptions once the Whatsapp API is Integrated.
Profile Picture and Description can only be changed via META settings > Whatsapp Manager.
Ex. Below is the reference of the details that can be changed from Settings on Meta.
Details such as Profile Picture,Description,Website Link and Address.
1 . Go to https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/phone-numbers
2. Ensure you are Logged in with the correct business page.
3. From the Menu Select > Phone Numbers
4.Click on the Settings > by Selecting the Correct Phone Number.
5. Select Profile from the Settings Menu.
6. A Section will open where you can edit all the Details as required such as Profile Photo,Description,Etc.
7. Change Category Name > Shopping or Retail
8. Update the Description.
9. Update Contact Information such as Official Contact Number, Email and Address.
10. Click on Save Changes.
11. Apply for Green Tick Verification once Profile is Set Up.
Green Tick can only be applied when Submit Button request is Available.
