Transactional: Messages/Templates that are normal conversation-based messages or any transaction-based messages are termed Transactional Messages.
Marketing: Messages/Templates created for Marketing Purposes such as Festival messages or Coupon Messages are termed as Marketing Messages.
Text-Based: Messages/Templates which only include Texts such as any promotional Message or coupon code or order confirmation are termed as Text-based Messages.

How to Create Templates with Jwero?

1.Log In to your Jwero Account.


2. Click on Integrations > Meta > Settings.

Whatsapp Business API must be Integrated to Move further.


3. Click on Whatsapp Templates

This is where you can access all the whatsapp Templates and Create new ones.


4. Click on Create Template

  1. Create Multiple Templates Messages.
  2. It is recommended to stick to 3-4 Templates creations only,as per whatsapp's Policy.
  3. Plan your Content in another document beforehand to avoid any last minute changes,then all you have to do is copy-paste and add it for approval.


5. Click on Transactional

If its a Normal Conversation or Informative Based Message then select TRANSACTIONAL.

If its a Marketing or Promotion based Message then select MARKETING.


6. Add a Template Name

This Template Name will help you identify this template from the list.

It is important to choose a name which is easy to identify with.


7. Select Template Language


8. Click on Next


9. Select Header Type

Header Message: Allows you to add a Title or Media on the Top of the message.

None: No title or Media is to be added.

Text: A unique Title in the form of Text can be added.

Media: Media Such as Images/Videos/Documents can be added

.


10. Add Text Title

You can add a Catchy Phrase or Hook Titles to grab customer's attention.


11. Add Main Message in the BODY


12. Click on Add variable

As you keep typing click on add variable whenever required.


13. Example Content for Variable

Once a Variable is added,add an example content or select from the dropdown.

ex. If a variabe is supposed to fetch/take customer's name everytime it is sent,from the dropdown select first name.


14. Click on {First Name}


15. Complete Main Message

Use Emojis and phrases more often to make it engaging.


One can use Footer to Grab Customer's Attention and add a small informative message or brand name at the end of the Message.


17. Add a Call-To-Action or a Quick Reply Button


18. Click on Appropriate Button of your choice


19. Edit Button Information

Select the Type of Action: Number or Website.

Number will enable them to call you.

Website will redirect them to a specific page.

Button Text: Add an Attention Grabbing Button Title.


20. Select the Country Code.


21. Enter the Phone Number


22. Add Another button if required,

If you added a Number Based button then you can add a Website based button.

If you added a Website based button then you can add a Number Based button.

Only two types of Dynamic CTA Button is allowed.


23. Click on Website- to redirect customer to a specific page


Button Text: add a Text to encourage customers to click.

Type

Static: If sending a template and link is not required to be change,then use static type and simply enter the link

Dynamic: If while sending a template link will get changed multiple time then add a Website url and under dynamic link while sending the message add the url for that particualar time.



24. Add Button Text > Add a Catchy Button Text.




26. Preview Messages for any errors and Reviews.


Ensure there are no grammatical errors and spelling mistakes.

As it can result into WhatsApp Templates getting Unapproved.



27. Click on Create

Once clicked on create template is Sent out for approval to Meta.

Meta will approve the templates within 1-3 Business days.

If the template gets rejected, you can re-edit the template message and submit for reapproval.


28. Check if Template is APPROVED


Tags will be visible such as Approved,Rejected or Pending.

Approved: Template is approved by meta and ready to be shared.

Pending: Template is currently under review.

Rejected: Template is Rejected due to some reasons and can be reedited and applied for approval.



29. Rejected Templates can be redited and Submitted for approval.


💡 Tips:

Create 2-3 Templates daily in advance to avoid any last minute rejections.

Use button to make the Templates interactive.

Use Footer to add messages such as Brand Name or Offer codes
