How to pin Contact in Jwero chat?

To pin a Contact Follow below steps:

1. Go to the Chats .

2. Click on ACTION.

3. Select the customer from the list which you want to pin.

4. Then Select the option as " Bulk Action".

5. Add to Pinned.

6. Then Click on Bulk Update.

So all the selected customers can be automatically updated as pinned customers.
