How to Manually Upload Products from The Dashboard ?

1. Go to Jwero - Building Jewelry Rocketships
   
2. Open Products Tab > Add Product Button.
   
3. Fill out the Below Informations:
   

STEP 1

1. Product Title : Ex. Aesthetic Dreamy Gold & Diamond Rings | 18KT
   
2. Upload Product Images : Images Dimensions must be 800px * 800px in size.Images Quality must be under 500KB. 
3. Add Video Link: Upload Video to Media Library > Click on i icon in Media Library > Copy Link of the Video and Paste.
   

1. Product Details: 
   
1. Enter Stock Details such as Instock,Outofstock or MaketoOrder,
   
1. Instock: Products which are available in Stock.
   
2. OutofStock: Products Which got sold or is not available in Stock.
   
3. MaketoOrder: Products Which are currently not in stock and can be customized on the basis on customer's requirements.
   
4. Enter HUID: Huid is a 16 Digit Unique hallmarking Code Assigned to Hallamarked Jewellery.
   
5. Enter Product Measurements: Product Measurements such as Width,Height,Thickness can  be added here.(optional)
   
6. Assign Product Group: To assign a specific Product to a specific Collection or group Jewellers can add the product into a specific Product List.

1. Product Categories: 
   
1. Collections : Ex. Gold Jewellery
   
2. Categories : Ex. Bracelet
   
3. Subcategory : Ex. Birthday

New Category/Subcategory  Can Be created easily by simply Typing the name in their respective Feild and Clicking on Add new Button.

The New Category/Sub Category will added in the Dropdown List.

STEP 4

1. Assign Gender
2. Assign Occasions : Such as Diwali, Valentines etc. to boost Product Based SEO.
   
3. Assign Product Tags :  Assign Product Tags Such as  Bridal Collection, Kids Collection to boost product based SEO.
   

New Product Tag Can Be created easily by simply Typing the Category and Clicking on Add new Button.

The New product tag will added in the Dropdown List.

1. Add Gemstone Details.
   

If master mode is to be used please make sure that the Gemstone master is Updated in the Settings.

IF MASTER MODE IS SELECTED TO ADD PRODUCTS FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1.       Click on Add. Enter the Correct Details.
   
2.       Assign Quality, Type, Shape, Sizes.
   
3.       Add Gemstone Pieces and Weight in Carats.
   
4.       The Set Rate and sell Price will be visible based on the Combination Set in the Settings.
   
5.        Click Add.

IF CUSTOMIZE MODE IS SELECTED TO ADD PRODUCTS FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Add Gemstone Details:

1.       Click on Add. Enter the Correct Details.
   
2.       Assign Quality, Type, Shape, Sizes.(OPTIONAL)
   
3.       Add Gemstone Pieces and Weight in Carats.
   
4.       Add Lumpsum Rate.
5.       The sell Price will be visible based on the Lumpsum rate.
   
6.        Click Add.
   

Multiple Gemstone Details can be added and the system will calculate the Pricing of Gemstone Based on the combination Set.

1. Add Diamond Details
   

There are two Mode : Master and Customize. 

      Choose Master, If the Diamond Pricing is to be calculated Dynamically. 

      Choose Customize, If The Diamond Pricing is to be Calculated Manually.

If master mode is to be used please make sure that the Diamond master is Updated in the Settings.

IF MASTER MODE IS SELECTED TO ADD PRODUCTS FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Add Diamond Details:

1.       Click on Add. Enter the Correct Details.
   
2.       Add Diamond Pieces and Weight in Carats.
3.       Assign Type, Quality, Shape, Cut.
4.       The Set Rate and sell Price will be visible based on the Combination Set in the Settings.
   
5.        Click Add.

Multiple Diamond  Details can be added and the system will calculate the Pricing of Diamond Based on the combination Set.

STEP 7

1. Add Metal Details 
   
2.      Select the Metal Type.(Multiple Metal Type can also be selected)
   
3.      Select Metal Color
   
4.      Select Metal Purities
   
5.      Assign Gross Weight (Net Weight will be calculated automatically, if needed to add manually then Go to Settings > Master > Net Weight > Manual )
   

1. Add Labour Details 
   

There are two Mode : Master and Customize. 

      Choose Master, If the Labour  Pricing is to be calculated Dynamically. 

      Choose Customize, If The Labour  Pricing is to be Calculated Manually.

If master mode is to be used please make sure that the Labour  master is Updated in the Settings.

IF MASTER MODE IS SELECTED TO ADD PRODUCTS FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

The Pricing will get calculated automatically based on the combination set in the MASTER SETTINGS.

Enter EXTRA charges if Applicable directly or Select from the dropdown(Can be set in the Master Settings to reuse.)

IF CUSTOMIZE MODE IS SELECTED TO ADD PRODUCTS FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

The pricing will be calculated based on the manual price added.

Follow the Steps to enter Customize Labour Rates:

1. Select if the Pricing is to be calculated Based on GROSS metal weight or NET weight.
   
2. Enter Labour WASTAGE (Percentage Based)
   
3. Enter Per Gram Labour Charges 
   
4. Enter Minimum Making or Lumpsum charges.
5. The total labour cost will get calculated automatically.
   

Enter EXTRA charges if Applicable directly or Select from the dropdown(Can be set in the Master Settings to reuse.)

Only One Option can be used or all three can be used to calculate the pricing.

1. If Dynamic Pricing is not required then enter MRP-based Price in Manual Price(optional)
   

If MRP based pricing or Manual pricing is added then on your website The Price break up will not show the bifurcation of the Product Price.

STEP 10

1. Assign Matching Products 
   

UPSELL:  Enter and Select the SKUs that can be recommended while the current product is views on the PRODUCT PAGE.

CROSSSELL:   Enter and Select the SKUs of the product you would like to promote while customers are on Checkout page with the current product.

STEP 11

1. Add SEO Details 
   

SEO(Search Engine Optimization) can be used to Boost your Product Visiblity on Google Search.

Enhance and Elevate your Product Visiblity easily.

1. Assign a Unique Title to attract Customer's Attention.
   
2. Enter a description to make sure all the details regarding the ring is added.
   
3. Enter Keywords which is used by your Potential clients to search for your products.

1. Check Analytics in Future

1. Assign Product Specific Discount/Sale and Schedule them If required (optional)
   

Jewellers can assign Discounts on any product specifically.
