When the Jeweller is closing the Plan or if the plan is closed by a team Member.

Under Close By , Select Team Member Name. 

In case if the Team Member is already Logged in the system will automatically capture the Name of Team Member.

Once the plan is closed by the the Admin can check which team member has closed the plan.
