Go to chats.jwero.ai

1. Click on this icon to edit the Ads.

2. Click on the Ad you want to edit.

3. Click "Edit"

4. Since Ad cannot be edited when it's active, click on "Pause" to pause the ad.

5. You will receive this notification after pausing the ad.

6. You're not allowed to edit the title name.

7. Also channels cannot be edited.

8. Make the necessary changes as per your requirement. I'm editing the headline text.

9. Headline text has been changed.

10. This is how the headline text will appear.

11. You're not allowed to change the start date since the ad is already live.

12. Review the preview window to confirm whether the necessary changes have been applied.

13. Click "Confirm"

14. You will receive this notification after successfully editing the Ad.

15. After editing, the status has been again changed to Active.
