1. Generic template

2. Click on template icon to create the generic template.

4. Enter a logical title that reflects the purpose of the template.

5. Select Instagram or Messenger as per your requirement.

12. Place the cursor where you want to add the variable, and then click on "Add variable."

14. Once you add a variable, a dropdown will appear with variables value. Select the appropriate value based on your requirements.
