How to Create Flexible and Fixed Gold Plans



Create a FIXED Plan:


  • Plans can be created as GRAMS-based or AMOUNT-based.

Step One: Enter Basic Plan Information

  • Select Fixed or Flexible Plan.
  • Select Plan Type: By Grams or By Amount
  • Enter Plan Name
  • Enter Plan Duration
  • Enter Plan Amount Per Month(If Plan created is Amount Based)
  • Enable/disable : Gold Accumulation Quantity to be made visible for the customers.
  • Enable/Disable : If the option is enabled,then while assigning the plan or adding manual payment admin can enter current Metal Rates.(By Default it takes’ current day Metal rates.)
  • Click Next.


Step Two: Enter Content Information

  • Upload an Image for the Plan. (Dimensions: In circular form)
  • Enter Plan Description.
  • Enter Plan Terms and Conditions.
  • Click Next


Step Three: Set Up Rewards (optional)

There are Two Types of Rewards:

Fixed: Jeweller can choose to offer a fixed amount or a specific instalment amount as a jeweller’s contribution after plan maturity.

Custom: Jewellers

can set up multiple Rewards or Bonuses after specific intervals.

  • If Fixed Rewards is selected → Enter Fixed amount to be rewarded.
  • If Custom Rewards is selected → Enter the amount to be disbursed on completion of a specific month.

Step Four: Set Up Gifts (optional)

Rewards are monetary bonuses given after a specific interval of time.

Gifts can be given after certain activities such as sign-up, completion or month, Closing, etc.

To set up Rewards:

  • Enable the Gifts option to set up gifts.
  • Enter Title to identify Gifts.
  • Enter the Physical Gift Name. Ex. Jewellery Box.
  • Set up Milestone: On completion of which activity or month they will receive the gift.

Click on ADD MORE button to set up multiple Gifts.

Click Next, when set up, is completed.


Step Four: Additional Settings

  • Set up Minimum Customers Restrictions → Enable this if you would like to limit the plan only to a limited number of customers. (optional)
  • Set Up Customer Limit → Enter the number to show how many clients can sign up for this plan.
  • Show Enrolled Number of Customers → If enabled customers can view how many customers have enrolled on the plan.
  • Set up Days Allowed to make payment → If a customer misses a payment, set up a grace period for payment.
  • Enable/Disable Multiple Payments Plans → Enable if you would like to allow customers to make multiple advance payments in one go.


Must Read

  • Once All the information is set up, You can click SUBMIT.
  • The plan will be created automatically and will be visible to the customers on your website or Mobile App.
  • Plans can be edited or deleted from the dashboard.
  • If a plan is to be deleted, one needs to make sure that no transactions are live in that plan.
  • Analytics for the plan can be checked from the Dashboard.
