If a customer decides to discontinue their ongoing plan in the middle of it or misses several payments, the jeweler must be prepared with their accounting and bonus history so that the customer's plan can be cancelled with accurate calculations.
With the ability to end the arrangement, the jeweler can quickly look for the customer by entering their information and penalty fees.
The system will automatically calculate the final amount and share the information with clients via email and WhatsApp in the form of a ledger.
- Enter the Required Details:
- Customers’ details such as plan date,total paid instalments and amount payable will be visible here.
- While closing the plan jeweller can deduct/enter the penalty charges such as TAX,Penalty,Bank Charges,Additional Charges.
- Enter Amount for Additional Benefit amount.
- Final Paid Amount to be rewarded.
- Select Close request By: Enter the Name of Customer who requested for plan closer.
- Enter Close By: Enter The Name of the Teammember who handled the closing request.
- Enter the Required Details.:
- Customers Profile Info > On the right > Click the Digital Gold option.
- Select the plan which required to be closed.
- Click on the Close Plan Button.
- Customers’ details such as plan date, total paid instalments and amount payable will be visible here.
- While closing the plan jeweller can deduct/enter the penalty charges such as TAX, Penalty, Bank Charges, and Additional Charges.
- Enter Amount for Additional Benefit amount.
- Final Paid Amount to be rewarded.
- Select Close request By: Enter the Name of the Customer who requested for plan closer.
- Enter Close By: Enter The Name of the Team member who handled the closing request.
