How to Assign Team members to a contact
To assign Team member to a contact follow below steps.
1. Go to Jwero Chat, navigate to "Messages "section.
2. Click on the Action icon to access the selection options for customers in bulk.
4. Select the customers that you want to assign to a team member one by one.
5. Once you have selected the desired customers, choose the "Assign to Team members" option.
6. Select the team member that you want to assign the selected customers to for future operations.
7. Finally, click on the Assign button to complete the process. This will automatically assign all of the selected customers to the chosen team member, allowing them to handle those customers for future operations.
8. At last you got a notification on the dashboard for the same.
