Jewellers can add multiple team members based on the plans. 

To add a new Team member:

Go to https://chats.jwero.ai/settings/team-management

Click on Add Team Member - 

Set up what access is applicable for the team member >> Click on the team member to Assign Access.

You can Allow All or Certain access or Restrict entire Access for a Particular Section for the team members:

Jeweller can also provide access based on which IP address the team member can use the Chats and Time and Date Range.

Once done you can assign which contacts this new team member can communicate with

Jeweller can Update the Team member information accordingly and assign Contacts.
