How to Add Multiple Contact/ WhatsApp Numbers In Bulk?

Add Multiple Contact/Whatsapp Number in Bulk ?

Any Contact who messages you on Instagram,Whatsapp or Facebook,their contact details gets added to the system automatically. 

However Many Times Jewellers have a list of Contact number of their customers collected over the duration.
Admin may wants to add all the customer Contatc into Contacts lists.
You can use this Contatc List to Send Bulk Marketing Message using Broadcast list.

To Add Bulk Whatsapp Number in Contacts List:

  1. Log in to Jwero

  2. Go to chats > Click on Messages Tab
  3. Click on Sync > Click on Open Sheets (Google Sheets Integration Mandatory -> Integrate Now)
  4. Add Customer Basic Information such as Name,Dial Code,Number,Email,etc.
  5. In Actions column select UPDATE. 
  6. Back to Jwero > Click on Sync > Click on SYNC SHEETS.
  7. All the Customer Information will get added to the contact list.
