How to add custom fields in Jwero Dashboard?
Jwero has multiple Predefined fields in both CRM and Chats Dashboard.
Based on the Jewellers Requirements, Jewellers can create multiple custom fields in Jwero.
These customer's fields if Created for CRM then the same will be visible directly in CRM.
If the fields are created for Chats, then the same custom field will be visible directly in Chats.
For Example:
Let's say, a jeweller wants to create a custom field where they want to track how a particular lead was added.
Custom Field label: Offline Lead Source
Visiblity > Under CRM
