How to Add a Contact in Jwero Chats Manually

If any contact has messaged you on Whatsapp, Instagram or facebook gets automatically added in the contacts list.
However, if the Customer has not yet messaged your brand, you can manually add them to the system and send them a template message to initiate the conversation.
To add a Contact:
Go to Chats >Messages Tab > Click on Add > Add Contact Information > Add Contact Number > Add Contact Type > Assign directly to a Team Member > Save.
