Plan Cancellation can be done directly via Jwero Dashboard each plan wise. 

-Jeweller must mention all the information regarding cancellation and refunds in the Content section of the page. 

This will ensure the end customer is able to understand the terms prior.

-Refunds can be initiated directly from Jeweller’s integrated Payment Gateway to the end customer or directly in hand to the customer.
