Assign New Customer for Digi Gold Plan 


  • Jeweller can instantly assign a plan to specific customers straight from DigiGold Dashboard or CRM.
  • One Customer can be assigned to one or multiple plans.
  • Any Customer who enrolls into the plan online is automatically as
  • signed a Plan.
  • Offline Customers need be assigned into a Plan Manually.

METHOD 1: Assign A Customer into a New Plan from DigiGold Dashboard.- 

    To Assign a Customer into a New Digital Gold Plan follow the steps:

    • Go to Digigold Tab > Plans.
    • Click On Assign A Customer Button.
    • Search for Customer’s Name.
    • Enter the Required Details.:
      • Select the Plan to be enrolled and system will auto pick Duration,Amount and Gold credit based on the information set in the plan to save time.
      • Set Up Payment Date: By default Current date is selected,however jeweller add previous or future date as well.
      • Set Up Payment Mode : Choose by which mode customer’s have made the payment.Ex. Cash.
      • Enter Any Important Payment Reference.
      • Enter Branch Details: This way you can identify which customer is from which branch.
      • Enter Collection Manager’s name: to identify who received the payment for the plan.
      • Set Up Remarks.
      • Click Add and customer will be assigned to the Selected Plan.You have now successfully assigned a customer into a new plan.
      • The details can be checked by clicking on Plan Info where you get exact details on data and analytics of the plan.
      • To view Any Plan Analytics or check Customer’s List
      • Go to Plans > Select the plan > View
      • Entire Details regarding the plan will be visible in the data and analytics Tab.

METHOD 2: Assign a Customer into a New Plan From CRM.


This method can be used when you need to assign a plan for a specific customer via CRM.

  • To Assign Digigold Plan Via CRM follow the steps:
    • Go to CRM > Search the Customer Name.
    • On the Right, Click on Digital Gold Plan Tab.
    • Click on Assign a new Plan.
    • Enter the Required Details.:
      • Select the Plan to be enrolled and system will auto pick Duration,Amount and Gold credit based on the information set in the plan to save time.
      • Set Up Payment Date: By default Current date is selected,however jeweller add previous or future date as well.
      • Set Up Payment Mode : Choose by which mode customer’s have made the payment.Ex. Cash.

      • Under Customer’s profile in CRM,The Numbers of plan they are enrolled in will be visible.
      • You can add a manual payment,Close their plan or add a Family Member/Agent information.
